  1. Provide the details of your order, including the item(s) you wish to pick up and the date you would like to pick them up.

  2. Our team will confirm the details of your order and provide you with the pickup location and any specific instructions.

  3. On the scheduled pickup date, arrive at the designated location with your proof of purchase and identification.

  4. Our team will help you load your item(s) into your vehicle and provide you with any additional information you might need for safe transport.

Shipping Options:

We offer shipping for all of our custom pieces to customers who are unable to pick up their items in person. Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the item(s) being shipped. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your item(s) arrive at their destination safely and on time.

When you place your order, our customer service team will provide you with an estimated shipping cost based on the details of your order and the shipping destination. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your total order amount.

We take great care in packaging and crating each item for shipment, to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates on the status of your shipment.
